its always depressing a bit when Halloween is done, that means Xmas is coming and everyone is eager to get Halloween out of the way as quickly as possible so they can start planning for Christmas. Its so nice in October to see the decorations and people have carved pumpkins in their windows and scary cardboard and plastic cutouts of monsters and blood dripping . People scramble to get their last minute costumes and candy for the trick or treaters . try an easy last minute outfit or even in preparation for next Halloween, with a leatherface costume , or a easy devil costume

the fortune teller and gypsies are popular Halloween costumes for kids and adults , and have been for many years. Similar to a witch in a way, gypsies and fortune tellers are portrayed as old ugly hags, mysterious and maybe a bit evil. Living in caravans , isolated from the townspeople with their crystal ball ready to tell fortunes to the unfortunate few that cross their caravan. It is old fashioned to some to dress in a gypsy costume or maybe update it to a sexy gypsy or fortune teller costume, in order to stay current.

Be a groovy goulie for Halloween. The 1970s TV show may be forgotten in many peoples minds, but a few that grew up in that time may still remember the show and the characters , Frankie, Wolfie , Mummy , Drac and the rest.  Sabrina the teenage witch may have been in there somewhere too , it started as a spin off from her show. They all had a musical inclination and sang songs on the episodes. They were a hipper version of the classic movie monsters of the 30s and 40s . It would be a great idea for a Halloween costume, going as a classic goulie. A frankenstein costume , or a wolfman costume are classic but seem to become more original now , when people are more inclined to wear sexy costumes or costumes from current films.
